Canon Introduces EOS-5D Mark III

Canon has announced the EOS 5D Mark III, features a 22.3 megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor, up to 6fps shooting rate, bursts of 18 RAW images, ISO range of 100-25,600 (which can be expanded to as high as 102,400), the same 61-point AF system as the EOS-1D X, 63-zone metering, CompactFlash and SD card slots, 14-bit A/D conversion, DIGIC 5+ image processing, 1080p/29.97fps video capture with new compression options, timecode embedding and a headphone jack, all in a reworked magnesium alloy body with styling cues from the EOS 7D.
